	Hard Hats	Is the hard hat being worn properly? Is it he right classifi cation of hardhat, A, B, or C?
	Eye and face protection	Is eye protection needed? Is eye protection available? Is it the right type of protection?
PERSONAL	Respiratory protection	Has the employee been certified to use a respirator? Has a pulmonary fit test been performed? Is it the proper respirator f or the task?
PROTECTIVE	Foot wear	Does the footwear meet ANSI standards? Is the footwear in god working condition? Is the footwear appropriate for the task(s) being performed?
EQUIPMENT	Hearing protection	Is hearing protection needed? Is hearing protection available? Is it the right type of protection?
